Bio – About Don D'Angelo

Is he Frank Presley or Elvis Sinatra?  He loves to sing songs made famous by both of these artists who shaped American music for most of the 20th century.  He loves the ballads, the classic love songs, the songs that make it easy to fall in love. Listen to Don sing.

Don sings at weddings, banquets, restaurants, birthday parties, patio gatherings, promotion parties, holiday parties, charity fund raisers and all types of events.  He has loved music since he was a child, emulating Elvis Presley mostly, but enjoying music by other artists as well. His appreciation for Frank Sinatra and the other crooners came later in life.

He doesn't limit himself to Elvis and Sinatra, but also performs country music when it is requested.  A list of singers who's songs he performs is quite lengthy, including Tom Jones, Engelbert Humperdinck, Tony Bennett, Perry Como, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong, Ray Charles, Bobby Darin, Al Martino, Mel Torme, John Denver, Garth Brooks, George Strait and others.

Don also does an entire country show when requested, or an entire Elvis or Sinatra show. He will wear the Las Vegas jumpsuit that Elvis made famous, when requested, and a tux when doing a Sinatra show. Also available, a show that features Elvis and Sinatra for a half hour each. If you have a Las Vegas casino event, who better to show up than Elvis or Frank or both?!

He has entertained at the American Red Cross fund raising event in Sterling, Co. for two years. He has also entertained at fund raisers for education groups. Don recently entertained at the Lakewood Country Club for two hours, featuring mostly crooner music, a little Elvis, and a few country tunes, as the members enjoyed their brunch. In May he sang at the annual fundraiser for Lou Gehrig's disease research at the Ritz Carlton.

Don was born approximately two hours from New Orleans, but now lives in the Denver/Metro area and has been a resident of Colorado for over 21 years. He has entertained in over 70 venues in Colorado since 2003.
